These terms and conditions and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or relating to the terms and conditions or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts in HK.

5. RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from Light Bicycle-B2B are made pursuant to a shipping agreement. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, do not use the product and contact Light Bicycle-B2B. If a return and refund is granted, it will be subjected to the conditions below, unless otherwise agreed by Light Bicycle-B2B:

Only products in saleable condition, shipped from Light Bicycle-B2B and having arrived within the last 30 days, will be considered for a return in terms of refund.
Special configured products (non-stock/special order) will not be considered for return and refund unless the issue is due to an error made by Light Bicycle-B2B.
Should Light Bicycle-B2B agree to a return and refund, expect repayment within 3 working days after arrival at Light Bicycle-B2B.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Light Bicycle-B2B attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Light Bicycle-B2B does not warrant that product descriptions and other content of any Light Bicycle-B2B service is accurate, reliable, complete, or error-free. If a product offered by Light Bicycle-B2B is not as accurately described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
