Light Bicycle is a trusted carbon rim supplier for bike shops and established brands across the cycling industry. From design engineering, all steps of the carbon layup process, hole drilling, and testing, everything is proudly done in-house, by hand. To make our carbon craftsmanship more accessible and adaptable to the market, our engineers integrate the latest innovations in layup methods, materials, and machinery. All of our carbon rims are made in strict compliance with or exceeding industry standards. Testing for weight, trueness, impact resistance, wheel-building friendliness and tire mounting are conducted in our test labs for close monitoring of product quality and consistency.
We have 200+ tried-and-true rim designs and have different partnership options available, no matter your specific needs. We have developed a catalog of rims, each specifically designed for the structural demands, performance, and aesthetic needs of a huge array of riders and cycling disciplines. If you need private-labeled products, our rims are highly customizable - from rim weave and finish, to weight, hole drilling - while still maintaining mold integrity. Typically, changes in depth, width, and hook design require a new mold, which we are happy to discuss and accommodate with an OEM partnership.
