There is a committed QC process in between every stage of production and a thorough final inspection. Throughout manufacturing, product compliance to all the factors that uphold product quality is observed: material batch, weight, stiffness, impact resistance, tire mounting effectiveness, etc. We also record any changes such as technology upgrades, mold maintenance, and personnel assignment to ensure accountability. Sample testing is conducted in our controlled test lab and your order status is easily traceable throughout the production process, with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool developed by our IT team. Once packaged, your product order is dispatched by our trusted forwarders or your own arranged collection carrier (upon request). We start with complimentary rim cutaways for inspection of precision and quality. These rims are randomly selected from our production line in order to objectively represent our manufacturing quality.
Send us your product drawing with the specifications, intended usage, target market, desired performance, and desired weight. We promise information confidentiality throughout the process and beyond, whether or not we bring the design to production. Our OEM specialists and engineers discuss the execution of and possible obstacles for your project. Suggestions for design alternation may be offered to best achieve your desired result. Our OEM specialists will quote for you accordingly.
Our engineering team creates a three-dimensional graph based on the 2D drawing to conduct analyses on structural stress, performance, and aerodynamics. You will receive a 3D-prototyped product for final confirmation of the construction and design.
We create a new mold exclusively for your design. Carbon samples then go through a series of testing for impact strength, tire retention, stiffness, trueness, and dynamic speed balance to determine the best way to produce the design, including factors such as material types and layup schedule. You will receive two samples of the test-proven method along with test reports.
We purchase new molds and materials and train our technicians for any new or adapted techniques required. There will be a short pilot run of your new line before mass production to assure all elements work smoothly. You’ll remain updated on the status of your order throughout the production process.
In between every stage, there is a control check to ensure conformation to the desired result. Before packing and shipping we also conduct a comprehensive quality inspection for strength, weight, construction, and compliance with standards.
When your products have been decaled, labeled, and carefully packaged for shipment, they are delivered to your chosen address by our freight forwarders or an agreed alternative. Our 10+ years of experience in international logistics can help you in arranging delivery solutions to best meet your cost and timeline goals.
Our partnership does not end once your products leave our warehouse. All products come with a 3 to 5-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase by your customers. Our attentive customer service team is happy to assist you with any after-sales concerns.
