Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) is often used in the cycling industry to create Private Label (with brand logo) or White Label (no brand logo) products. In addition to traditional waterslide decals and vinyl stickers, we have recently introduced a sustainable laser graphic option. These laser graphics are fully customizable but come with a more affordable price tag and shorter lead time.
We can also create custom product labels featuring your logo and important wheel building and tire installation info to build into your packaging. We’re happy to provide all the technical information necessary for your labels and can review the copy for you if needed.
The unboxing experience is becoming an important part of the purchasing process for consumers, and we’ll work with you to ensure your customers have an unbeatable first impression of their new purchase. We’re versed in creating complete packaging solutions with the product type, shipping budget, destination, and sustainability regulations in mind. Though not required, we highly suggest you request carbon rim cutups (free of charge) from us to inspect the production quality. It’s also a great idea to order some sample rims to test ride their feel and performance on the bike.
Once your rim is selected, we’ll discuss the concept of your new project and make sure all the specifics are covered. At this point we can draw up a quote you can rely on through the production schedule.
We’ll keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the manufacturing and production process.
All products will go through a series of stringent quality checks to guarantee the desired strength, weight, and performance of each item.
When your new products have been decaled, labeled, and packaged, they’re ready to deliver to an address of your choice by our trusted freight forwarders. You can also arrange for collection if you’d prefer.
Our partnership does not end when the product ships. The customer service team is happy to assist you with any post-sales support required.
